The Miniature Australian Bulldog started an experimental breeding program to produce a Miniature
Bulldog in 2001. Occasional and variable stock available on an ad-hoc
basis.
This program is still in its immediate infancy and therefore
dogs will vary in size and vary slightly in look. They will however have
huge characters, be loving and loyal and intelligent. They are active
and have a zest for life.
For those interested please note there is absolutely no
Staffordshire Bull Terrier in these dogs and minimal British Bulldog. By
starting with healthy Australian Bulldogs we have been able to avoid
bringing in the inherent health problems which can plague British
Bulldogs. We are happy to discuss the makeup of these dogs with
genuinely interested people.
It is very important that owners provide us with as much follow-up as possible.
Character
The Miniature
Australian Bulldog is an intelligent breed, loyal to its owner, and
friendly and affectionate with children. They are outgoing and love to
play, and swim. They make good watchdogs - although are not so good as
guard dogs, due to their size. Obedience training is recommended. As a whole the Miniature Australian Bulldog
gets along well with other dogs.
The Miniature
Australian Bulldog needs affection & comfort from their owners and family
members. Like all dogs, the Miniature Australian Bulldog needs an owner who is
calmly, firm, confident and consistent. Setting the rules
the dog must follow and sticking to them and I suggest you check out the website daily
pack walks as I do believe they are essential in preventing behaviour issues.

We have Lee-ann Milton and Pip Nobes to thank for this wonderful breed, without her
hard work and support for all us breeders and happy owners we would not
have these adorable dogs as our companions and friends. Thank you
Lee-ann, you are awesome!
